Welcome to County Bank’s New Online Banking platform and Mobile Banking App. These exciting and easy to use digital banking solutions will increase the accessibility and functionality of your personal or business banking Set your own “Banker’s Hours” -- bank from your computer, smartphone or tablet – bank anytime, anywhere!

The New County Bank Online Banking/Mobile Banking App introduces the latest technology that you – our customers – want from your bank. You want convenience, ease of use and up-to-date features that come with the evolution of banking and the need to fit your financial management into today’s busy lifestyles. We think you’ll find County Bank’s Online Banking and Mobile Banking will fit the bill.

Look & Feel

You’ll see that the look and feel of the new Online Banking and Mobile Banking are more streamlined and easier to follow. We did this to make your banking-on-the-go more convenient. Here’s what you’ll see:

  • Single Sign On for Online Banking and Bill Pay from the County Bank Home Page
  • Your Password for Online Banking and Mobile Banking can be the same (although we recommend you change your Passwords regularly, there is no requirement that you do this)
  • You have the option to set a Touch ID, Auto ID or PIN ID for Mobile Banking and a PIN ID for Online Banking
  • Bill Pay and Pay a Person (P2P) are regular features of both Online Banking and Mobile Banking (you will have to sign up initially for Bill Pay if you are not a current user)
  • Mobile Deposit is a regular feature of the Mobile Banking App
  • Online Banking and Mobile Banking will have the same look and feel and functionality (Mobile Deposit is not available through Online banking)
  • You do not have to sign up for Online Banking in order to access Mobile Banking
  • eStatements are always available

Transactions

You can do all of your regular banking transactions like you would do at one of our branches, but you will be able to do them anytime, anywhere. You’ll be able to bank at your convenience even if you are in a rush, traveling, working late at night or early in the morning, there’s bad weather or you just can’t make it in to one of our offices. Here’s what you can do:

  • Get account and balance information for your linked accounts
  • View transaction history for all of your linked accounts
  • Transfer funds between your linked accounts (including making loan payments)
  • Mobile Deposit lets you deposit checks using the camera on your smartphone or tablet (Mobile Banking feature only)
  • Pay bills one time or set as recurring payments
  • New! Person to Person (P2P) Payments lets you add individual payees and start payments

New & Enhanced Features

It’s part of County bank’s mission to constantly seek out new ways to better serve our customers. And we know the more we all use online and mobile products, the more we come to expect from them. County Bank’s new Online Banking and Mobile Banking products introduce new features our customers have been asking for. You’ll come to rely on these new features as informative and convenient parts of your financial transactions. They’ll also be helpful as a financial planning and management tool. These new features include:

  • Debit Card Management – Turn your debit card On/Off with the tap of a finger
  • Security Alerts – Set alerts if changes are made to Username or passwords, email addresses, phone numbers or any of your personal settings
  • Account Alerts – Set alerts for balance information, debit transactions or transactions by vendor
  • Daily Alerts – Get an account balance alert at the same time each day
  • Secure Messaging – send secure email messages to County bank from Online Banking or Mobile Banking

*County Bank Mobile Banking requires the following minimum specifications:

  • Version 8.0 – iOS devices (iOS 10+) - iPhone, iPad, iPod
  • Version 8.0 Android Smartphones (OS 4.2+)
